Office Partition Systems
Modular office partitions combine acoustic comfort, transparency and privacy. They replace a concrete wall and can be taken down and rebuilt.
The system includes cable routes, concealed switch boxes and integrated door frames. It is planned for open offices, meeting rooms, executive rooms and shared work areas.
System Types and Acoustic Performance
A butt-jointed glass partition uses 10 mm or 12 mm tempered single glass between aluminium floor and ceiling channels. There is no vertical mullion. The panes meet on a clear polycarbonate H joint or a UV joint tape, so the wall transmits as much light as possible.
For meeting rooms and executive offices, a double-glazed acoustic partition uses an aluminium frame 75 mm to 100 mm deep and two lines of acoustic laminated glass, for example 5+5 mm or 6+6 mm with acoustic PVB. It blocks room noise up to about 40 dB to 45 dB.
Integral blinds sit inside the double-glazed cavity, so they do not collect dust and need no maintenance. They can be worked by a mechanical button or by a remote-controlled motor.
Solid modules for archives and plant rooms use 18 mm melamine or real-wood panels with stone wool inside the aluminium frame. That build-up reaches about 48 dB and adds fire resistance.
Door Modules and Ironmongery
Aluminium-framed glass doors with a magnetic lock use EPDM acoustic gaskets in the frame, so air and sound are cut off when the door is shut.
An automatic drop-down seal lowers onto the floor as the door closes and closes the sound path under the leaf.
